Es empfiehlt sich, eine neue Marmoroberfläche von Anfang an richtig zu reinigen. Durch die entsprechende Vorsorge können Sie die Schönheit des Marmors langfristig erhalten. Für die regelmäßige Reinigungsroutine eignet sich ein Besen mit weichen Borsten.
Nassreinigung: Dafür verwenden sie einen Mopp oder ein Tuch mit Wasser und einem milden Geschirrspülmittel, gegebenenfalls auch einen Spezialreiniger oder etwas Alkohol im Wischwasser. Wischen Sie den Marmor immer in Richtung der Maserung hin und her. Schrubben und kreisförmiges Wischen sollte vermieden werden.

Steinimprägnierungen sorgen überall für einen dauerhaften und langanhaltenden Schutz. Je saugfähiger ein Naturstein ist, desto besser ist eine Imprägnierung auf Wasserbasis. Bei sehr dichtem Naturstein kann eine Imprägnierung auf Wasserbasis allerdings nicht penetrieren und somit auch nicht schützen. In diesem Fall empfiehlt sich eine Imprägnierung auf Lösemittelbasis.“
Kratzer auf Marmor entfernen – Marmor
Kratzer im Marmor sind mechanisch entstanden und lassen sich auch nur mechanisch wieder entfernen. Kleinere Kratzer kann man aber auch selbst mit speziellen Polierpasten und Handschleifpads ausbessern. „Kratzer im größeren Maße kann nur der Fachmann im Diamant Feuchtschliffverfahren oder im Trockenschliffverfahren in mehreren Schleifgängen entfernen“, rät der Experte. Jeder Stein kann aber sein ursprüngliches Erscheinungsbild wieder erlangen.
Flecken auf Marmor entfernen – Marmor
Haben sich Flecken auf hellem Marmor gebildet, raten zahlreiche Anwender aus der Praxis, den Marmor mit Wasserstoffperoxid zu reinigen. Bei Fettflecken wird empfohlen, die betroffene Stelle mit Maisstärke zu bestreuen und zwanzig Minuten einwirken zu lassen. Anschließend wird das Pulver mit einem feuchten Tuch abgenommen. Zur Entfernung hartnäckiger dunkler Flecken kann man eine Paste aus Natron und Wasser herstellen. Diese soll einen Tag lang einwirken und anschließend ebenfalls mit einem feuchten Tuch entfernt werden. René Büttner ist kein Freund von Hausmitteln. Er empfiehlt auch für die Fleckentfernung die entsprechenden Profi-Produkte.

Marmor sauber machen – Grundreinigung
Nach der Verlegung muss ein Naturstein eine intensive Grundreinigung bekommen. Hierbei wird im besonderen die Rückstände der Verfugung entfernt.
Gerade da immer mehr Kunststoffvergütungen im Fugenmörtel vorhanden sind um die Fuge flexible zu gestalten ist eine gründliche Reinigung unumgänglich.
Wird dies nicht gründlich erledigt bleibt ein leichter leicht glänzender Schleicher auf dem Stein zurück. Dieser verhindert einmal das gründliches und gleichmäßige Eindringen von Imprägnierungen und zum anderen
ist eine ordentliche Unterhaltspflege auch nicht möglich.
Wir empfehlen je nachdem um welchen Naturstein es sich handelt (Säureempfindlichkeit) 2 unterschiedliche Reiniger.
Einmal einen basischen Grundreiniger für Säureempfindliche Natursteine und einmal einen sauren Grundreiniger für Säureunempfindliche Natursteine.

For the busiest cargo airport in the world, you need space. Luckily, Hong Kong created an entire island for its airport which, when it opened, had the world’s largest passenger terminal, too. Don’t think about pulling over, though — there’s only sand and sea on one side, and that runway the other.

Disneyland Abu Dhabi, expected to open on Yas Island in the early 2030s, will be the company’s most technologically advanced park ever. Renderings show a shimmering, futuristic tower at its center — more closely resembling Abu Dhabi’s gleaming skyline than a traditional European castle. It will be the first Disney resort set on an accessible shoreline, located just 20 minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi.

The theme park will be developed, built and operated by Miral, the Abu Dhabi company behind Yas Island’s roster of other attractions. Disney Imagineers will handle creative design and operational oversight, making sure the new park is in keeping with Disney’s brand.
Miral’s CEO, Mohamed Abdalla Al Zaabi, says demand already exists: 2024 saw a 20% rise in theme park attendance on Yas Island. And expansion is already in the works — a Harry Potter–themed land at Warner Bros. World, more record-breaking rides at Ferrari World, new themed hotels, and even two beaches along Yas Bay Waterfront.

But, he added, investigators and researchers may wish to study his actions – if only to learn how to prevent similar crimes from occurring in the future.

Indeed, academics and former FBI profilers told CNN the challenge of unravelling the criminal mind of a man like Bryan Kohberger is enticing. And while his trial may be over, in many ways, the story of what can be learned from his crimes may have only just begun.
“We want to squeeze any silver lining that we can out of these tragedies,” said Molly Amman, a retired profiler who spent years leading the FBI’s Behavioral Threat Assessment Center.
“The silver lining is anything we can use to prevent another crime. It starts with learning absolutely, positively everything about the person and the crime that we possibly can.”

Only Kohberger knows
Even seasoned police officers who arrived at 1122 King Road on November 13, 2022, struggled to process the brutality of the crime scene.
All four victims had been ruthlessly stabbed to death before the attacker vanished through the kitchen’s sliding glass door and into the night.
“The female lying on the left half of the bed … was unrecognizable,” one officer would later write of the attack that killed Kaylee Goncalves. “I was unable to comprehend exactly what I was looking at while trying to discern the nature of the injuries.”
Initial interviews with the two surviving housemates gave investigators a loose timeline and a general description of the killer – an athletic, White male who wore a mask that covered most of his face – but little else.
Police later found a Ka-Bar knife sheath next to Madison’s body that would prove to be critical in capturing her killer.
One of the surviving housemates told police about a month before the attacks, Kaylee saw “a dark figure staring at her from the tree line when she took her dog Murphy out to pee.”
“There has been lighthearted talk and jokes made about a stalker in the past,” the officer noted. “All the girls were slightly nervous about it being a fact, though.”
But after years of investigating the murders, detectives told CNN they were never able to establish a connection between Kohberger and any of the victims, or a motive.
Kohberger is far from the first killer to deny families and survivors the catharsis that comes with confessing, in detail, to his crimes. But that, former FBI profilers tell CNN, is part of what makes the prospect of studying him infuriating and intriguing.

All four victims had been ruthlessly stabbed to death before the attacker vanished through the kitchen’s sliding glass door and into the night.
“The female lying on the left half of the bed … was unrecognizable,” one officer would later write of the attack that killed Kaylee Goncalves. “I was unable to comprehend exactly what I was looking at while trying to discern the nature of the injuries.”
Initial interviews with the two surviving housemates gave investigators a loose timeline and a general description of the killer – an athletic, White male who wore a mask that covered most of his face – but little else.
Police later found a Ka-Bar knife sheath next to Madison’s body that would prove to be critical in capturing her killer.
One of the surviving housemates told police about a month before the attacks, Kaylee saw “a dark figure staring at her from the tree line when she took her dog Murphy out to pee.”
“There has been lighthearted talk and jokes made about a stalker in the past,” the officer noted. “All the girls were slightly nervous about it being a fact, though.”
But after years of investigating the murders, detectives told CNN they were never able to establish a connection between Kohberger and any of the victims, or a motive.
Kohberger is far from the first killer to deny families and survivors the catharsis that comes with confessing, in detail, to his crimes. But that, former FBI profilers tell CNN, is part of what makes the prospect of studying him infuriating and intriguing.

All four victims had been ruthlessly stabbed to death before the attacker vanished through the kitchen’s sliding glass door and into the night.
“The female lying on the left half of the bed … was unrecognizable,” one officer would later write of the attack that killed Kaylee Goncalves. “I was unable to comprehend exactly what I was looking at while trying to discern the nature of the injuries.”
Initial interviews with the two surviving housemates gave investigators a loose timeline and a general description of the killer – an athletic, White male who wore a mask that covered most of his face – but little else.
Police later found a Ka-Bar knife sheath next to Madison’s body that would prove to be critical in capturing her killer.
One of the surviving housemates told police about a month before the attacks, Kaylee saw “a dark figure staring at her from the tree line when she took her dog Murphy out to pee.”
“There has been lighthearted talk and jokes made about a stalker in the past,” the officer noted. “All the girls were slightly nervous about it being a fact, though.”
But after years of investigating the murders, detectives told CNN they were never able to establish a connection between Kohberger and any of the victims, or a motive.
Kohberger is far from the first killer to deny families and survivors the catharsis that comes with confessing, in detail, to his crimes. But that, former FBI profilers tell CNN, is part of what makes the prospect of studying him infuriating and intriguing.
