In diesem Video zeigen wir Ihnen wie wir eine Betonfläche in 20 m Höhe nahezu staubfrei reinigen und schützen können. Die Reinigung erfolgt dabei ohne Chemie und ohne Wasser, sondern im Vakkum Strahlverfahren und im Trockenschleifverfahren mit Staubabsaugung.

Beton – Vakuum strahlen und schleifen
Das Vakuum Strahlverfahren, auch als Unterdruck Strahlverfahren bezeichnet, unterscheidet sich erheblich vom herkömmlichen Sandstrahlen. Während beim Sandstrahlverfahren das Strahlmittel mit Druck auf die zu bearbeitende Oberfläche gelangt, wird das Granulat beim Vakuumstrahlen durch den erzeugten Unterdruck in der Strahlhaube aus dem Vorratsbehälter gezogen und in der Strahllanze auf 400 km/h beschleunigt. Die hohe Auftreffgeschwindigkeit des Strahlmittels, löst Verschmutzungen und Farbe schnell von der Oberfläche. Dieses minimal-abrasive Vakuumstrahlen wird deshalb auch als Unterdruck- oder Softstrahlverfahren bezeichnet. Das Vakuumstrahlen ist nicht mit dem Trockeneisstrahlen oder dem klassischen Sandstrahlen vergleichbar.

Das Vakuumstrahlverfahren hat gegenüber den herkömmlichen Druckstrahlverfahren viele Vorteile. Durch die hohe Auftreffgeschwindigkeit werden harte Substanzen aufgebrochen und entfernt, weiche Substanzen absorbieren die Energie sofort. Das heißt, dicke Salpeter- oder Kalkablagerungen lassen sich gut enfernen, Kaugummi oder andere weiche Substanzen kann man mit diesem Vakuum Strahlverfahren nicht von der Oberfläche lösen. Der Einsatz der Vakuumstrahltechnik ist darüber hinaus nur auf trockenen Flächen möglich.

Der größte Vorteil beim Vakuumstrahlen, ist der geschlossene Kreislauf, der ein permanentes Benutzen des Strahlmittels und ein arbeiten ohne Schutzkleidung erlaubt. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil dieses Vakuum Strahverfahrens ist die leichte Handhabung und der geringe Geräuschpegel des Reinigungsgerätes. Außerdem läßt sich das Vakuumstrahlen mit dem Tornado ACS an jeder Steckdose realisieren.

Auf denkmalgeschützen Oberflächen ist die minimal-abrasive Technologie besonders gut einsetzbar. Das Reinigungsgerät Tornado ACS trägt die Verschmutzung ab und schont die Oberfläche.

Um einen Unterdruck zu erzeugen muß die Strahlhaube an der Oberfläche dicht schließen. Unebenheiten von 15 bis 25 mm werden durch den Schwammgummi ausgeglichen. Größere Unebenheiten lassen sich nur mit Spezialvorsätzen bearbeiten.

Wir bearbeiten Steinflächen in der Natursteinsanierung damit Ihr Stein auch nach Jahren noch sein ursprüngliches Erscheinungsbild behält oder wieder bekommt.

Im Bereich der Schleif- und Polierarbeiten, also der Steinbodensanierung, bearbeiten wir Steinböden aller Art. Dazu  gehören unter anderem Marmor, Granit, Schiefer, Sandstein, Terrazzo, Beton oder Cotto. Wir führen dabei unterschiedliche Schleifarbeiten auf Ihren Steinböden und Steinwänden aus.

Naturstein polieren – bis die Platte glänzt

Polierarbeiten in der Natursteinsanierung können wir vor Ort im Trocken– und Nasschliff ausführen. Matt gewordene Steinflächen erhalten Ihr ursprüngliches Erscheinungsbild wieder. Wenn Sie sich einen gleichmäßig glänzenden Naturstein wünschen, dessen Steinoberfläche zusätzliche noch eine natürliche Härtung aufweist, empfehlen wir Ihnen das Verfahren der Kristallisation. Hierbei reagiert eine Floursäure mit dem Kalk Ihres Steins und bildet Floursilikate. Diese sind transparent und glänzend und von der Mohsschen Härte besser als ein Kalk. Deshalb wird Ihr Stein reinigungsfreundlicher und pflegeleichter.
